Uphill power is given by P = v*m*g*SIN(ARCTAN(slope_in_percent/100)) and max. breaking power by the equation above. So the max. slope is given by </p><p>SIN(ARCTAN(slope_in_percent/100)) = (17.8*3.6) [W*s/m] / m [kg] / 9.81 [m/s²] </p><p>where m is the total mass of rider and bike. </p><p></p><p>Depending on the mass the maximum slope varies.
